Rarely do I find a product that actually can be installed in the time that the instructions state, but this one is it! Took very few minutes to put in place and staple. makes a big difference in the amount of air leakage between the attic and living space of the house. Highly recommended.
Very hard to separate from backing material. Very thin and hard to work with. Not great adhesion.

Love it. Putting it in crawl space under 150 or old Antibellum. Took out the cold draftyness. Purchased 4 rolls (1600 sq ft) still 1200 ft to go and already feel the difference.
Great product! Used it to wrap my heat pump ducting under my house. It was easy to apply and with the R22 value my system is insulated to the max. I was so impressed with it, I bought more rolls to lay over my R23 rockwool in my ceilings making my R value soar to R45!
Terrible business practices. They sent wrong and right rolls. They wouldn't believe me. Finally they emailed labels to print off so I had to go over 30 miles each way to accomplish that. Then I barely got them in my car to return at a Walgreens return counter over 30 miles each way. They were delivered across country and then sent back to me one roll without the box and the other roll in assorted boxes taped together. I contacted them. They are now telling me to go print more labels and drive much farther to a fedex store and "make them" do such and such. They haven't responded to my last question yet as to why they returned them back to me. I do not have a big vehicle. I have a family member that depends on me 24/7 that some times requires a wheelchair and to put these rolls in the car along with a wheelchair to drive about a 200 mile trip to return the same insulation back a second time that they sent wrong in the first place is a hardship and is asking a lot and costing a lot of gas and extra miles and time due to their errors. I haven't even been able to get the correct insulation installed yet. I am not looking forward to putting the wrong insulation in the car again to send back a second time.

I have a typical two car garage with garage doors that are not insulated. After hours of research, I concluded this was the best option for me as we often experience 100+F in the summer. I am confident these will help keep the garage cooler. It’s thick and of great quality. These stay cool to the touch after the suns been hitting the garage door all afternoon. Highly recommend!!

It was a little too wide. Had to put a fold in it on one end. Length was perfect. Installed easily. Would've gave 5 stars if not for having to put the fold in one end. Furnace not running constantly like it was before it was installed.
So, I can say this is a good product and got the job done. I was a bit frustrated that the radiant barrier wasn't precut as advertised. I have the tools to measure and cut custom fit for each panel this just added additional time to complete the install. So if you think you are getting precut panels you are not. If you don't think you have what you need to measure each door panel and cut them correctly you might want to keep looking. That said the kit comes with a razor knife and plenty of double sided tape.The Quality of the Radiant barrier is good. If you purchase this kit and are going to cut the panels to fit. I recommend you have a 4x8 work table to unroll the material out flat on so you measurments are accurate and straight also you don't want to be on your knees in the floor trying to do this job. It's still cool weather in Texas so I am not sure how this will hold up in the Texas heat the only thing I am concerned about is will the double stick tape hold up. If not you can always purchase more at your local big box store HD

I needed something for skirting on my camper and this is the stuff to use! I put a ceramic heater underneath, with a thermostat on it, had it set at 70°. Couldn't hear the heater running on a day at 21° with a stiff wind, so I turned the heater up to 78° before it would kick on. Excellent product!!!!! I used aluminum tape to install, just have to wipe down where you're going to put the tape with alcohol to clean off and residue so the tape sticks better.
The package was damaged upon receipt.It was sashed on left side had to cut it out.The product itself is great.It is easy to work with. Just was frustrated the box was damaged.

SmartShield was an easy solution for bringing up the insulation value of our 2 x 4 barn walls to R23; after installing 3.5” batts of hemp wool, we screwed in vertical furring strips (to create an air gap) and then stapled up SmartShield 10mm foam core insulation and taped all seams and staple dimples. One great feature of SmartShield is that, once all seams are taped, it acts as a vapor barrier as well as insulation.
Installation was very straightforward. I highly recommend SmartShield to anyone confronting the challenges of achieving high R values in buildings with structural limitations that preclude conventional insulation solutions—in particular, 2 x 4 structures in northern clines.
